Profile

After completing a PhD in evolutionary biology I trained as a copy-editor and proofreader and spent several years editing and proofreading scholarly books and articles before becoming a freelance provider of editorial and publishing services.

I became an independent publishing professional and business owner in 2000, and turned this into a full-time venture in 2004.
